ARE THE CARELESS AND RECKLESS HANDLING OF THE CURRENT COVID 19 CRISIS BEING DONE WITH ULTERIOR MOTIVES IN MIND?
IN TERMS OF TOTAL INFECTIONS WE ARE JUST 0.25 % LESS THAN INDIA WHEN COMPARED WITH POPULATION - IN INDIA IT IS UNCONTROLLABLE - IS IT THE SAME FOR US AS NUMBERS BEGIN TO ESCALATE ?*
Infectivity is more severe with each mutation we have five mutated versions in Malaysia
In Karnataka the state government has declared a total lock down for the state, they did not have to consult the central authorities, why could Kelantan not do the same, weren't they asking for a full lockdown?
In October of 2020 this blog warned of such a situation, we warned that if we did not lockdown - have a full MCO, then it would become more expensive to shut down later and if we wait any longer it's going to be even worse, now isn't that the case now?
I personally asked Adham Baba to quit his job as minister of health by way of a WhatsApp message because he was perceived as being the man making the policies as he was minister of health, I could have been wrong, in all fairness I must admit it, it was not him, others were calling the shots.
On 3rd October 2020 I began warning about the Covid19 situation with my first article on the current situation.
I am now inclined to believe that this government is not too serious about controlling the outbreak, as long as it is dangerous as it is now and maybe even more they can prolong the Emergency rule and remain in power - that's my take.
Could this really be the issue, considering the haphazard ways they are going about controlling this disease?
Click on the blue links to see the articles. On 16th November in my article:SUSPICION!!! IS DR. NOOR HISHAM'S ARMS TWISTED BEHIND HIS BACK? I said this:
"THE LONGER WE TAKE TO DECLARE A FULL MCO THE MORE EXPENSIVE IT IS GOING TO BE, BUT BELIEVE ME, WE WILL HAVE TO HAVE ONE, SO CHOOSE NOW, OR LATER WHEN THE COST AND THE PERIOD OF THE CLOSURE IS VERY MUCH HIGHER."
On another post : check out this post where I told the PM this:
"DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND CONSIDER, AS YOU SIT THERE CONSIDERING THE SITUATION IS CHANGING DRASTICALLY IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES. MAKE THE CHANGE, IMPLEMENT THE MCO."
Earlier on October 13 2020 I wrote in the following article ;'"COVID 19 CASES TO HIT 1000 PER DAY IN M'SIA BY END OCTOBER 2020" and it did,
In the above article I said this: "IT IS EXPONENTIAL, DOES THE GOVERNMENT REALLY KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?""When figures exceed 1000 per day, the escalation will be at a much faster rate, the daily incremental figure will run in three digits not two, then Muhyiddin we will have no alternative but to go for total MCO and by then the costs to control the disease will be phenomenal."
This is already happening as foretold.
True enough the figures exceeded the thousand before the end of October as was predicted by this blog, and we had no need to consult statisticians or doctors, common sense told us so.
What does that indicate?
Well common sense is so commonly absent with this government.
The articles of this blog were directed to the government of Muhyiddin Yassin:
Later I (the writer) sent WhatsApp messages to Adham Bhaba, I told him to resign, I told him it is a shame that another minister Khairy Jamaluddin was doing his job which was a clear indication that he was incapable of handling the post.
From his replies I may have most likely been wrong:
He did tell me that he was working very hard in the ministry, my initial response was he was not working hard enough and it was not hard work we were looking at but the results, and there was none from him.
Then he told me something and I believed him because that was in the press statements of some minister, one I remember was Azmin and the other his beloved comrade in arms Zuraidah both were against a lock down although Adham Baba did not mention these names he did tell me that the Ministry did recommend a lock down a MCO just like the one we had in March but other ministers were interfering and blocking the lockdown.
Adham Baba did tell me that they were for a lockdown, I believed him because that is the general medical opinion, you have to shut down like we did in March maybe more stringent to check this spread and the people of his ministry are mostly doctors that is the most likely advice he got.
Our present MCO is a joke, the Senior Minister making the announcements must be taken of the air immediately.
He gives me the impression that he comes on air merely for "Senderi Syiok" reasons, he makes the announcements but is not sure of what he says, when questioned by the press he gives vague answers, like, "that will depend on the state governments," all his announcements come with huge gaps of grey areas he himself is not sure of, we have seen this time and again, there have been complains from the public, MPs and more and if this is how he prepares for these announcements time and time again it only shows how serious he really is.
The current MCO is less stringent than the previous one, work goes on and so a major part of the population is mingling around chances for infectivity is on the rise and not in decline in such situations.
People are allowed to take passengers in their cars that means more people even though from the same family, this will result with more people in the streets.
Non essential businesses are allowed to open so it's certainly not an MCO he does not get that.
We have lost control we cant identify clusters like we did before, my "mysejhatera" tells me there are"30 reported cases of covid19 within a 1kn radius of my current location. (Check the "hotspots" on your "my sejhatera" to know your situation.)
The situation though is hundreds of times worse then we had during the MCO following to the Tabligh cluster in March of 2020, these are worse times then at that time much much worse so why is this MCO not more stringent?
Sheer stupidity has taken control of the day, we are controlled by people who lack the capacity to think rationally.
So have these people ever learned anything at all? Apparently they have learned nothing and are driving this country to its doom.
There is a saying that the people deserve the government they elect.
Did we elect this government?
That is the sad part, this government was appointed and successfully transformed themselves into a dictatorship.
This pandamic cannot be solved by technocrats and idiots who only think in terms of Ringgit and Sen, the solution lies with our doctors and for goodness sake listen to them, to do otherwise is suicidal and idiotic, and we are not short of such people in government today, idiots I mean and real idiots.
We have now breached the 4000 mark, this will escalate given our useless rules in trying to control people, and may easily exceed 5000 persons per day even before the Raya and exceed 10,000 by end May if we do not get down to seriously addressing the situation using people who can really think.
The government has a responsibility to the people not to their ministers and MPs, money must be allocated and be made available for the ordinary folk who will be affected by a lockdown food and other essentials handed down to them and not given to ministers as in the last lockdown where it was used for their own PR purposes, and in some cases not given at all.
The majority of Malaysians who were supposed to receive masks at that time were not given these masks, in all probability the ministers and MPs trusted with is task pocketed the allocation and the Government pretends it does not know. To this day the people have not been given the reasons these masks did not arrive, rice rations were not given and even what was given was shamelessly labelled as though it came fro the minister or the MP concerned. How low can you stoop.
We have no choice if we do not lock down the situation will get only worse, the mutations of the virus indicate it is only getting worse, infectivity increases with every new mutation, it is fighting back and it is more dangerous then ever it will continue to fight back we have to stop it now.
Is Muhyiddin and his government capable of handling such a massive task without Parliament?
Most certainly as the records indicate, NO the majority of Malaysians will say with one resounding voice NO, there is no confidence at all.
The situation is only getting worse by the day and if not addressed soon will result in more than 10,000 cases by end May.
Our rates of vaccination are terribly slow, it is at a snails pace. People who registered in February and in their seventies have yet to be called for their shots, people who registered in mid April have been called also in their seventies why?
The handling of the Astrazeneca vaccine was the most stupid exercise, preference should have been given to the elderly first, most of whom were not even aware of the registration modus operandi, the elderly were looking for the registration in the "mysejhatra" but by the time they knew about how to register all slots were taken. These people the over 60s are not that computer savvy and now they suffer waiting.
Those who registered earlier in their seventies have yet to be called, while others who registered as late as mid April have been called. What is happening?
Time for Parliament to be convened to discuss this and other issues that affect our everyday lives, the authorities just do not seem to care, they are incapable of caring, how can they be, they can't even think rationally, they do not seem to have a clue for what is happening and our front-liners are going through hell living with the money first policies of this government.
For all his faults I know one thing Dr. Adham Baba has got his act right, he decided for the AstraZeneca to begiven to the over sixties, that decision was taken away by Khairy and put on a lottery, a mismanaged lottery. The option of taking AstraZeneca should have been given to these seniors, then given to others who register for it if the seniors reject it.
This is the clearest case of interference in the affairs of the Ministry of Health by others. Dr. Adham Baba was right.
A really urgent petition must be made to the King once more not necessarily to revoke the emergency but to get a full Parliamentary sessions going to solve this and our financial issues, the speaker must be put on notice by His Majesty that he is not to disrupt such proceedings.
This has to be done without any further delay and if not done, this nation will go into seriously troubled times the type we have never experienced in our history, it already has moved into such times and if nothing concrete is done it will only get worse.
